A teacher training programme is designed to give educators the skills and contemporary pedagogical tactics they need to better connect with, manage, and instruct their students in a way that makes sure every student is engaged and learning.

The curriculum framework for school education and the curriculum framework for teacher education must align. In order to interact with questions about school knowledge, the learner, and the learning process, a teacher must be prepared for the requirements and expectations that arise in the educational environment.
