Education is a dynamic process in which new-generation thoughts are persistently supplemented to construct a quality society with a progressive approach. It is also realistic to say that a nation is only as strong as its education system. A developed country has a strong and deep-rooted education system, whereas a developing and poor country has a comparatively weak and superficial education system. It is education and its system that makes the country great, strong, and developed.
The teacher is an inevitable component of the education system. They are the agents of social change and nation-builders. The teacher does not only plan the education system but also executes, monitors, and evaluates its achievements.
Teacher education institutions play a very vital role in developing the personalities of teachers. The construction of a nation largely depends upon its constructors, so it is a great responsibility of the teacher-educator institutions to impart quality education. With this view, the KPPM College of Teacher Education has developed its infrastructure to meet the modern requirements of a quality teacher preparation process. This includes e-learning, a psychology laboratory, and establishing many cells and committees to cater to the needs of students. The college organises seminars, symposiums, debates, games, sports meets, etc. at frequent intervals. Our teachers at the college are actively working by following a pre-planned calendar, semester planning, as well as daily planning. Alumni of the college serve inside and outside the country and impart quality education. They are actual indicators of the quality of education that is imparted by the college. The way of working of the management and the teachers is very innovative and appreciable; they do everything for the welfare of the students and society.
